Are there special requirements for my home’s turn if I want to allow Section 8 housing?

Section 8 housing requires an additional inspection conducted by the city.

Section 8 housing requires a separate inspection process conducted by the city once a Resident is approved, potentially delaying your first rent collect date. It also requires the home to meet all habitability standards -- as is required and covered by all Great Jones turns.
