Why was I charged for a maintenance item without being asked to accept the quote?

Great Jones requests approval for maintenance quotes when the amount exceeds the Owner's "Not to Exceed" threshold specified during Onboarding.

When you sign up with Great Jones, either your Management Agreement or your Owner Enrollment Form indicated a specific threshold for which you’d like an opportunity to review a quote and provide explicit approval to move forward with the repair or maintenance item. Typically, Owners prefer to set this threshold at $350.
